Satisfaction Guaranteed
Items may be returned for any reason within thirty days of
shipment of the item. If you were sent an incorrect, damaged (except damage
during shipping, see below) or defective item, the full
purchase price, including applicable shipping costs will be refunded to you. If the
item is returned
for any other reason, the full purchase price will be refunded. However, you will be
responsible for shipping costs. A returned item must be received in the same condition
as it was shipped and with any accessories, manuals, etc. to receive a refund.
Damage During Shipping
The shipper is responsible for damage to an item during
shipment unless the damage was due to improper packaging. If it is determined by
shipper that the damage was due to improper packaging, full purchase price and all
shipping costs will be refunded to you. Otherwise, you must file a claim with
the shipper to recover losses caused by the damage.
