You must have an RMA# for each item/order you wish to return. To obtain an RMA#, submit a request via e-mail with the subject line reading "Request for RMA" to Customer Service. Please include the following information in the body of the e-mail:

• Your name and contact information
• Order #
• Description of the item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for returning the items

You will receive further instructions following the processing of your request.
