You may cancel an order without further obligation if the order hasn't entered the shipping process. However, once your order has entered shipping you may still return any unwanted items for a full refund (see our Return Policy for more information).

To Cancel an Order

• Log in to your account. If you are unsure how to do this, see Logging In to Your Account.
• Locate the order you wish to cancel under "Recent Orders".
• Click "Cancel". If this option is not listed under "Actions", the order has already entered shipping and can not be cancelled.
